Oakton Outlook

Hi! I'm Emily, and this is my third year with the Oakton Outlook and first year as its Editor-in-Chief. Beyond being a journalist, I'm an activist and fan of all things feminism, mental health awareness, and weird music. Though I'm definitely not the person to go to for an Instagram caption, I spend most of my afternoons behind a computer screen writing and doing Skype interviews. When I'm not creating, I can probably be found on the steps of the Capitol lobbying for women's legislation or chatting with the baristas at my favorite coffee shop.
