Wendy Gao, Editorial Board

Hi! My name is Wendy Gao, and I am a senior. I have been part of the Oakton Outlook for the past three years, and it has become a significant part of my high school experience. I am a climate activist and political enthusiast, and I cover both climate change and politics frequently. I am also passionate about local government and enjoy writing about Fairfax County and the Oakton community. When I'm not writing for the newspaper, I am most likely at a coffee shop or a stationery store. I feel bittersweet about my last year on the publication, but I am excited to see what we accomplish!
