Despite the challenging critiques that MCU has gotten this past year, there is some remaining hope for an exciting, dramatic outcome from this film. Any guesses on what is going to happen?
This movie introduces characters that have cinematic universe has not yet seen, and the casting is actresses that fans may recognize through other various films and shows that they’ve starred in, such as Dakota Johnson (Madame Web), Sydney Sweeny (Julie Carpenter) Isabela Merced (Anya Corazon), and Celeste O’Connor (Mattie Franklin), and Tahar Rahim is going to play the main villain. The trailer for this moving picture was released on November 15th of last year, however, it is not a part of the MCU canon. But that doesn’t mean there won’t be references to this particular movie in future movies. Now for the main question, is this movie even worth it?
It’s not a secret that Marvel hasn’t been doing so well in the past year. Ever since Avengers Endgame was released, they have been going in a different direction when it comes to making movies and shows as well, following the next few phases being about the multiverse. There have been some shows where it doesn’t even follow the multiversal path. She-Hulk, for instance, or Secret Invasion, has been rated some of the worst shows ever to have been produced by Marvel. It’s not only the television shows that have been making Marvel fanatics lose hope; there have been some films as well that have not been making a hit at the box office, one of them being The Marvels, which is the sequel for Captain Marvel. This movie is the first ever Marvel-related project to ever go down in history, and people aren’t really happy about it. But that doesn’t mean all hope is lost; let’s see how this movie does on the big screen next month.
