Beloved by many, Saved By The Bell will forever live on in entertainment history as a staple of 90’s television. The show ran from 1989-1993, entailing five seasons of popular comedy and after years of begging from avid fans, the main cast of Saved By The Bell (excluding Screech and Turtle) reunited on The Tonight Show alongside host Jimmy Fallon in a throwback skit at Bayside High. Each returning character reprised their iconic role while Fallon was introduced as a former member of the Bayside crew. In spirit of the approaching holiday, the skit centered on Zack and Slater discussing their plans for the upcoming Valentine’s Dance. Surprising no one, Slater would be bringing Jessie whilst Zack would take Kelly Kapowski. Keeping with the reunion, this transitioned into each actor keying in on parts of their personal lives. For example, Tiffani Thiessen who played Kapowski, is currently pregnant and as part of the skit, played her child off as Zack’s. The cast also had fun ribbing each other on some of their less successful exploits since their glory days on Saved By The Bell. From physical appearances to prior experiences, the reunion held nothing back when it came to making humor out of each actor’s life since the show’s finale.
